已烯雌酚与米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取器的效果观察

目的观察已烯雌酚加米索前列醇与单纯米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取出宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)术前用药的临床效果。方法将绝经半年以上要求取出IUD的妇女120例分成两组,用已烯雌酚加米索前列醇60例为观察组,单用米索前列醇60例为对照组,比较两组术中宫颈软化程度、出血量、疼痛情况、取器时间及其成功率。结果观察组术中宫颈软化好、疼痛轻、出血量少、取器时间短、成功率高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论已烯雌酚加米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取器术前用药的临床效果优于单纯使用米索前列醇。

Effective observation of the Stilboestrol and the Misoprostol on removal of IUD in the menopause women

Objective To observe different clinical effects of Stilboestrol and Misoprostol on removal of intrauterine contraceptive device(IUD) in the menopause women.Methods About 120 examples with menopause over half year and requesting to remove IUD were divided into the observation group including 60 cases that were taken with Stilboestrol and Misoprostol and the control group including the other 60 cases that were taken with Misoprostol.The data about soften degree of the cervix,hemorrhage volume,the ache status,removing time and the successful ratio between two groups were analyzed and compared.Results In the observation group,softener cervix,fewer hemorrhage volume,lighter pain,shorter time of removal IUD,higher success ratio were compared to those in the control group That the difference was remarkably significant(P<0.05) between two groups.Conclusion Clinical effect of Stilboestrol and Misoprostol on being removed IUD in the Menopause women is better than that of Misoprostol only applied.
