米非司酮配伍米索前列醇及一次性宫颈扩张棒终止12～18周妊娠的临床观察

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇及一次性宫颈扩张棒在中期妊娠引产中的作用及效果。方法对妊娠12～18周自愿要求引产的100例正常孕妇,于第1、2日口服米非司酮,总量为150mg,第2日晨置宫颈扩张棒,第3日晨取棒并于阴道后穹隆放置米索前列醇600μg,观察引产效果。结果引产成功率为99%,诱发规律腹痛及流产时间短,24小时内流产率为95%,流产后清宫率为48%,孕周越小完全流产率越高,产后出血量少。结论应用米非酮配伍米索前列醇及宫颈扩张棒进行中期妊娠引产具有效率高、操作简单、不良反应少的临床价值,值得推广。

Clinical observation of Mifepristone complicating Misoprostol and disposable cervical dilatation bar to terminate the 12~18 weeks gestation

Objective To study clinical effects of Mifepristone complicating Misoprostol and disposable cervical dilatation bar on terminating the 12~18 weeks gestation.Methods Mifepristone was orally taken to 100 pregnant women voluntarily requesting to labor induction with 12~18 weeks gestation on the first and the second day for all 150 mg and in the second day morning,the cervical dilatation bar was put in and then taken off in the third day morning,and at the same time Misoprostol 600 μg was put in the vagina posterior fornix.Results The success rate of induced labor was 99% with short abortion time.The abortion rate in 24-hour was 95% and proportion of the curettage of uterine cavity was 48%.The results showed more earlier gestation weeks,higher the abortion rate and less postpartum hemorrhage would be.Conclusion Mifepristone complicating Misoprostol and disposable cervical dilatation bar to terminate the 12~18 weeks gestation is an efficient,simple and less side effect method so that it is worth popularization.
