Fas／FasL在肝癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨Fas、FasL在肝癌中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学法,对41例肝癌组织中Fas及其配体FasL表达进行观察和比较。结果 肝癌中Fas阳性率为31.7％,癌旁肝硬化Fas阳性率80.0％,癌细胞Fas表达较癌旁显著减少,肝癌及癌旁肝硬化,FasL阳性率分别为41.5％和65.0％;FasL表达在二者间差异无显著性。肝癌组织Fas、FasL表达与性别、肿瘤大小、组织分级无关。Fas表达与门静脉癌栓发生率呈负相关,FasL表达则与其无关。结论 Fas/FasL系统在原发性肝癌肿瘤免疫逃避中起重要作用,Fas抗原表达在原发性肝癌门静脉癌栓形成中的作用值得进一步研究。

Expressions of Fas,FasL and their significance in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To inquired into the relationship between the expressions of Fas, FasL and pathological and clinical features of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) .Methods Fas and FasL were detected by observing the immunohistochemical staining of 41 specimens of HCC. Results The positive expression rates of Fas and FasL in HCC were 31.7% and 41.5%, respectively, while those in paracancerous cirrhosis tissue were 80.0 % and 65.0%,respectively.The expression rate of Fas in HCC was less than that in paracancerous tissue significantly, whereas the expression rate of FasL in paracancerous tissue was the same as in HCC. The expression of Fas and FasL had no relationship with sex,HCC size,and grade.The expression of Fas was negatively correlated with incidence of cancerous emboli in portal vein, whereas FasL expression was not associated with the latter. Conclusion These results implicate that the expression of Fas/FasL play an important role in cancerous tumor evasion, and Fas is worthy of further research on cancerous emboli in portal vein of HCC.
