| 摘 要： | 目的建立舒康栓中愈创木酚的含量测定方法。方法以气相色谱法测定愈创木酚的含量。结果愈创木酚在0.0882～0.7935mg.mL-1内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.3%(n=6)。结论该法操作简便准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a new method for determination of guaiacol in Shukang Suppository.METHODS The contents of guaiacol were determined by GC on a Agilent 6890N gas chromatograph.RESULTS The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.0882～0.7935mg·mL-1(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 98.5% and the relative standard deviation was 0.3%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method was simple,and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis method for Shukang Suppository. |
