| 摘 要： | 目的]分析2010年手足口病病例的流行病学特征,为手足口病防控工作提供科学依据。方法]对2010年通辽市手足口病流行病学资料及部分病例病原学检测结果进行分析。结果]2010年通辽市报告手足口病2 388例,重症病例78例,死亡5例。年发病率为74.30/10万,死亡率为0.16/10万,病死率为0.21%。年发病率,科左后旗为152.03/10万,科尔沁区为135.70/10万,其他地区为20.80/10万~78.74/10万。2 388例中,6~8月发病的占80.95%,其他月份占19.05%;5岁以下儿童占88.74%;散居儿童占59.72%,托幼儿童占33.25%,学生占6.53%,其他人群占0.50%。检出EV71阳性37份。结论]2010年通辽市手足口病发病率较高,且有明显的季节性、年龄差异。EV71是引起通辽市手足口病的主要病原体。
