2007～2009年山东省疾病预防控制机构人力资源状况分析

目的]了解2007~2009年山东省疾病预防控制机构人力资源状况,为加强人才队伍建设提供科学依据。方法]对2007~2009年山东省省、市、县三级疾病预防控制机构人力资源资料进行分析。结果]全省疾病预防机构现有人员数超过编制数,专业技术人员所占比例省、市、县三级分别为85.63%、70.14%、84.92%;年龄构成均以30~49岁为主,三级分别占59.28%、59.01%、63.67%;全省机构人员职称以中级为主,无技术职称、初级、中级、高级职称人员的比例为1∶2.85∶3.29∶1.19;学历构成均以专科以上为主;专业以预防医学为主,占29.72%。结论]山东省疾控体系人员与国家规定有一定差距,尤其是县级疾控机构差距较大,仍需继续加强疾控机构能力建设。
