| 摘 要： | [目的]了解泰安市肺结核疫情变化趋势,为制定肺结核防治对策提供科学依据。[方法]对2005～2009年泰安市肺结核病疫情资料进行描述性分析。[结果]2005～2009年,累计接诊65296例可疑症状者,年均可疑者受检率为0.24%,初诊查痰率为42.70%,阳性检出率为15.69%,呈逐年下降趋势(P<0.05);肺结核病人年发现率为51.30/10万,其中,涂片阳性、新发涂阳病人发现率分别为率37.05/10万、30.53/10万;新发涂阳患者年均治愈率为93.88%。8442例新涂阳肺结核患者中,男性6168例,女性2274例,45～54岁占18.68%,农民占82.62%,学生占5.18%。[结论]泰安市活动性肺结核病人发现率呈逐年上升趋势;农民和学生是重点人群。
