| 摘 要： | 目的]了解山东省各级免疫规划人力资源配置状况,为科学配置免疫规划人力资源提供参考依据。方法]对山东省2010年各级疾病预防控制机构免疫规划人力资源相关情况进行调查。结果]2010年山东省各级从事免疫规划人员合计14968人,其中省级25人,市级116人,县级751人,乡级14076人,每万服务人口配置各级人员分别为0.003、0.012、0.079、1.486人。全部人员中,男性占43.67%,女性占56.33%;30～49岁的10614人,占70.91%;大专及以上学历者7675人,占51.28%;中级及以上职称者3683人,占24.61%;从事免疫规划工作≥5年的11371人,占75.97%。结论]山东省免疫规划人员数量不足,素质不高,市、县两级免疫规划人员尤其明显。
