| 摘 要： | 目的]了解盘锦市猩红热流行状况,为制定有效的防控措施提供科学依据。方法]对盘锦市2005～2010年猩红热疫情资料进行分析。结果]2005～2010年盘锦市累计报告猩红热病人1 211例,年均发病率为15.50/10万,各年发病率分别为11.39/10万、17.52/10万、14.15/10万、24.51/10万、17.11/10万、8.35/10万。2005～2010年年均发病率(/10万),双台子区为30.60,兴隆台区为21.45,盘山县为7.14,大洼县为7.42;0～4岁为68.45,5～9岁为56.85,10～14岁为149.31,≥15岁为0.53;男性为18.79,女性为12.09。1 211例病人中,4～6月发病的占35.51%,其他月份发病的占64.49%;托幼儿童占47.32%,散居儿童占10.98%,学生占40.46%,其他职业者占1.24%。结论]盘锦市猩红热发病率处于较高水平,托幼儿童和小学生为主要发病群体。
