| 摘 要： | 目的]了解广州市荔湾区健康人群麻疹免疫状况,评价麻疹疫苗的接种质量和效果,为制定和调整免疫策略提供依据。方法]2009年10～12月,在广州市荔湾区抽取部分健康人群进行血清麻疹IgG抗体水平检测。结果]检测健康人群240人,麻疹抗体阳性的224人,阳性率为93.33%,保护率为65.83%;几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶1044。抗体阳性率,男性为90.40%,女性为96.52%(P>0.05);<1、1～2、3～4、5～6、7～10、11～14、15～19、>20岁分别为81.82%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、96.67%、94.29%、86.11%、89.47%(P<0.05);站前街为93.33%,茶滘街为93.33%(P>0.05)。不同年龄组抗体滴度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]荔湾区麻疹IgG抗体<1岁组及>15岁组抗体阳性率较低。
