2010年莱芜市钢城区餐饮单位食(饮)具消毒状况调查

摘    要:目的]了解莱芜市钢城区餐饮单位食(饮)具消毒状况,保障群众饮食安全。方法]2010年6~8月对钢城区辖区内直管的250家餐饮单位(大型23家,中型65家,小型162家),依据《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》进行餐饮具消毒效果检测。结果]共检测样品1 805份,合格1 330份。大型餐饮单位样品检测合格率为86.67%,中型餐饮单位样品检测合格率为77.85%,小型餐饮单位样品检测合格率为63.46%(P<0.01)。小勺、茶杯、碗的消毒质量较差。结论]卫生监督部门应加强食品从业人员知识培训,加大管理力度,确保饮食卫生安全。
