| 摘 要： | [目的]了解医院感染管理工作现状,指导各级医疗机构感染预防与控制工作。[方法]2010年1～5月,对聊城市17家县级以上医疗机构重点科室进行检查和检测。[结果]检测各类样品678份,合格率为92.77%。检测合格率,市级医院为96.74%,县级医疗机构为88.86%(P<0.01);室内空气为81.94%,物体表面为92.24%,医务人员手为94.41%,使用中消毒液为100.00%,透析用水为85.71%,口腔医疗器械为100.00%,内镜为85.29%。[结论]聊城市县级以上医疗机构消毒合格率较高,室内空气、透析用水、内镜的消毒监测工作仍需加强。
