2010年济南市公共场所集中空调部分水体嗜肺军团菌污染状况调查

目的]了解2010年济南市部分公共场所集中空调各种水体嗜肺军团菌污染状况,为相关执法部门提供参考数据与信息。方法]2010年7～9月,采集济南市2家宾馆、5家酒店、5家大型超市、3家温泉、2家医院、1家物业公司办公楼的冷却水水样99份、冷凝水39份、生活用水53份、温泉水24份进行嗜肺军团菌检测。结果]检测水样215份,71份检出嗜肺军团菌,阳性检出率为33.02%。阳性检出率,冷却水为52.52%、冷凝水为17.95%、生活用水为16.98%、温泉水为12.50%(P<0.05);宾馆、酒店水样为42.73%、超市水样为36.21%、温泉水样为12.50%(P<0.05)。阳性样本中嗜肺军团菌菌型以Lp1为主,占检出菌株的53.33%;菌落数≥100cfu/ml以上的样本为15.49%。结论]济南市公共场所嗜肺军团菌污染状况比较严重,菌型以Lp1为优势菌型。
