| 摘 要： | [目的]分析苗尾水电站工程建设前疟疾发病情况,为制定相应预防控制措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2005～2009年苗尾水电站库区疟疾发病资料进行分析。[结果]2005～2009年疟疾平均发病率,施工区、淹没区和安置区乡镇分别为3.46/10万、3.96/10万、3.27/10万,3类地区的对照区分别为5.25/10万、5.43/10万、5.43/10万(P>0.05);36例病人中输入性病例30例。[结论]2005～2009年间,苗尾水电站建设地区疟疾发病呈下降或稳定趋势。
