2009年烟台市牟平区部分健康人群结核病免疫水平监测结果分析

[目的]了解烟台市牟平区健康人群结核病免疫状况,评价计划免疫效果,为今后的预防与控制工作提供科学依据。[方法]随机抽取牟平区9个预防接种门诊320名居民进行结核菌素试验,72 h后观察结果并进行分析。[结果]检测320人,结素试验阳性率为46.56%,其中,一般阳性率为27.19%,中阳性率为10.66%,强阳性率为8.75%。结素试验阳性率,男性为49.08%,女性为43.95%;≤2岁者为57.50%、3~5岁者为50.00%、6~8岁者为90.00%、9~11岁者为37.50%、12~15岁者为15.00%、16~20岁者为25.00%、21~40岁者为52.50%、41岁以上者为45.00%(P<0.01);有免疫史者阳性率为49.82%,无免疫史者阳性率为24.39%(P<0.01)人。[结论]牟平区健康人群结核病免疫状况处于中等水平,约半数人群处于低免疫水平或无免疫状态。
