| 摘 要： | 目的]进一步认识手足口病流行特征,探索其流行规律。方法]对聊城市2007～2010年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。结果]2007～2010年累计报告手足口病30 245例,年均发病率为130.70/10万,死亡3例,平均病死率为0.003%。2007～2010年发病率分别为8.37/10万、35.42/10万、277.55/10万、201.44/10万;年均发病率最高的是东昌府区(223.25/10万),最低的是东阿县(45.76/10万)。4～7月合计发病23 444例,占全年总数的77.51%。年均发病率,男性为170.65/10万,女性为92.39/10万(P<0.01);发病率最高为2岁(2 851.30/10万)。全部病例中,散居儿童占89.92%。检测病人粪便标本577份,肠道病毒核酸阳性的278份,阳性率为48.18%。阳性标本中,EV71型137份,Cox A16型15份,其他肠道病毒126份。2007～2010年累计发生聚集性疫情925起,发病3 338例,其中重症病例168例,检测病人粪便标本211份,肠道病毒核酸阳性的141份(EV71型72份、Cox A16型13份、其他肠道病毒56...
