| 摘 要： | 目的]调查养殖海产干制品中有毒有害化学污染物的残留情况。方法]2011年4～8月,对深圳市海产批发市场销售的海产干制品鱼类、甲壳类、软体类和海菜类共计20种样品中有害化学残留物Pb、As、Cd、Cr、Cu及农兽药庆大霉素、氯霉素、硝基呋喃、磺胺总量的污染状况进行分析检测。结果]在海产干制品中有害元素残留量Cu最高(0.04～1.63mg/kg),As次之(0.08～0.35mg/kg),Cr最低(0.01～0.17mg/kg);农兽药残留均未检出。结论]不同种类海产品对有害物质及农兽药的同化能力及累积作用差异较大。
