| 摘 要： | [目的]了解齐河县重点人群HIV抗体检测情况及HIV抗体阳性者的分布情况,为制定艾滋病防治对策提供科学依据。[方法]对齐河县2005~2010年重点人群检测资料进行分析。[结果]2005~2010年共检测重点人群55 902人,检出HIV抗体阳性17例,阳性率为0.03%。17例HIV抗体阳性者中,女性10例,男性7例;异性性行为传播占52.94%,吸毒传播占17.65%,母婴传播和男男同性传播均占11.76%;外来妇女检测检出8例,术前查体、婚前查体、HIV抗体阳性配偶检测和女性阳性者子女检测各检出2例;在本县落户居住的16例HIV感染者中,马集镇6例、赵官镇4例、晏城镇3例。[结论]外来妇女是齐河县艾滋病传播的主要人群,男男性行为者和吸毒人群中HIV感染者有增多的趋势。
