| 摘 要： | 目的]了解6～24岁人群(简称学龄人群)法定传染病流行特征,为传染病的防控提供依据。方法]对2006～2010年广州市越秀区学龄人群法定传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果]2006～2010年累计报告学龄人群法定传染病6 760例,年均发病率为591.75/10万,死亡3例,平均病死率为0.04%,各年发病率分别为684.06/10万、404.96/10万、398.82/10万、960.33/10万、517.44/10万。2006～2010年年均发病率(/10万),男性为691.01,女性为487.43;6～9岁为1 220.40,10～14岁为669.26,15～19岁为344.14,20～24岁为450.62;流感为140.67,流行性腮腺炎为96.82,其他感染性腹泻病为75.63,肺结核为63.11,急性出血性结膜炎为39.39,病毒性肝炎为22.67,梅毒为22.06,淋病为21.62,麻疹为8.93,痢疾为4.73,风疹为4.29,猩红热为2.80,HIV感染者/艾滋病病人为2.10,登革热为1.66,伤寒和副伤寒为1.49,流行性出血热为0.26,乙脑为0.09,手足口病为36.35(2008～...
