| 摘 要： | 目的]了解平山县西柏坡镇居民慢性病患病及不同吸烟、饮酒行为者高血压患病情况,为制订干预措施提供科学依据。方法]2010年对西柏坡镇所有常住居民进行问卷调查。结果]调查3 909人,半年内慢性病例次患病率(下同)为18.88%。高血压为5.58%,脑血管疾病为1.94%,心脏病为1.84%,骨质增生为1.23%,糖尿病为1.07%,椎间盘疾病为1.00%,其他疾病为6.22%。慢性病患病率,吸烟者为43.20%,不吸烟的为13.08%(P<0.01);饮酒者为30.27%,不饮酒者为14.14%(P<0.01)。高血压患病率,吸烟者为8.53%,不吸烟者为5.21%(P<0.01);饮酒者为10.88%,不饮酒者为5.15%(P<0.01)。结论]西柏坡镇居民慢性病患病率较高,高血压患病率较高。吸烟、饮酒者高血压患病率较高。
