许昌市某社区开展社区高血压患者综合性干预的效果观察

[目的]了解社区综合性干预对高血压防治的效果。[方法]2009年7月至2010年6月,在许昌市东城区半截河社区,将196例高血压患者随机分成2组,综合干预组102例,对照组94例,对照组仅给予基础降压药物治疗,综合性干预组实施综合干预措施,对2组进行观察比较。[结果]综合干预组102例,对照组94例。遵医嘱服药率,干预组为94.12%,对照组为52.13%(P<0.01)。高血压知识与生活行为正确率,干预前2组、对照组干预前后的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后干预组均高于对照组(P<0.01)。高血压危险因素知晓率、有效控制体重、低盐低脂饮食、限酒或不饮酒、适当体育运动的正确率,干预组干预后均高于干预前,干预后干预组均高于对照组(P<0.01或<0.05)。干预前,2组收缩压、舒张压的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,收缩压、舒张压对照组均高于干预组(P<0.01),2组的收缩压、舒张压均较干预前有所下降(P<0.01)。[结论]城市社区对高血压患者进行综合性干预有一定效果。

Observation on Effects of Comprehensive Intervention Among Hypertension Patients in a Urban Community of Xuchang City
