| 摘 要： | [目的]了解庚型肝炎病毒(HGV)在不同人群中的感染状况。[方法]2009年,在大连市抽取各种人群1 546人进行调查。[结果]检测1 546人,抗-HGVIgG阳性者27人,阳性率为1.75%。抗-HGVIgG阳性率,正常人群1 031人为0.68%,献血员297人为2.69%,HBsAg携带者和乙肝病人114人为6.14%,抗-HCV阳性者104人为4.18%,后3类人群均高于正常人群(P<0.01)。27例抗-HGVIgG阳性者中,HGV RNA阳性的21例,占77.78%。[结论]大连市各类人群中都存在HGV感染,部分感染者同时感染HBV或HCV。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To investigate hepatitis G virus(HGV) infection in different groups.[Methods]In 2009,1 546 in various groups were taken for survey in Dalian city.[Results]Among 1 546 tested,27 were anti-HGV IgG positive,the total HGV infection rate was 1.75%.The HGV infection rate was 0.68%,2.69%,6.14%,and 4.18% respectively among 1 031 normal persons,297 blood donors,114 positive persons with HBsAg or hepatitis B infections,and 104 anti-HCV,The latter 3 groups were higher than normal persons(P<0.01).Among 27 ca... |
