| 摘 要： | 目的]了解烟台地区海产品中砷(As)污染状况。方法]2003年10月至2007年11月,在烟台市八角、东口、西口、养马岛及地方港5个采样点的集贸市场及养殖场随机采集甲壳类、鱼类、贝类及头足类的部分市面上常见的海产品,按GB/T 5009.12-2003方法处理并检测。结果]在采集的452份样品中,蛏子As蓄积量最高(均值为0.530mg/kg);其次为飞蛤(均值为0.477mg/kg)。4类海产品重金属As含量分布比较结果显示As含量甲壳类>鱼类、头足类>鱼类、贝类>鱼类、贝类>头足类。结论]烟台地区贝类As污染状况较其他海产品As污染严重。
