2010年通辽市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识及性行为调查

[目的]为了解通辽市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识知晓、性行为及性病艾滋病感染情况,为性病艾滋病预防与控制提供依据。[方法]对2010年通辽市疾病预防控制中心性病门诊男性就诊者进行调查,并进行HIV和梅毒抗体检测。[结果]调查400人,年龄17~40岁者占83.50%。最近3个月,有389人曾与配偶或固定女性性伴发生过性行为,性行为时每次都使用安全套的占27.25%;与暗娼发生过性行为的占27.75%,性行为时每次都使用安全套的占30.63%,平均每人有性伴1.5~5个。发生同性行为的7人,性行为时每次都使用安全套的0人。艾滋病相关知识知晓率为67.75%。400人中,检出HIV抗体阳性者2例,阳性检出率为0.50%;检出梅毒抗体阳性者18例,检出率4.50%。[结论]通辽市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病知识知晓率较低,具有较高的无保护的危险性行为。

Survey on the Knowledge of HIV/AIDS and Sexual Behaviors among Male Visitors to STD Clinics in Tongliao City,2010
