| 摘 要： | 目的]全面了解枣庄市薛城区居民死亡水平,掌握人群死因结构,为政府和卫生行政部门制定干预策略提供科学依据。方法]对薛城区2010年居民死亡资料进行分析。结果]2010年薛城区报告居民死亡2 105例,死亡率为493.58/10万。居民死亡率(/10万),城区为282.48、农村为548.02(P<0.01);男性为583.46、女性为396.04(P<0.01);0岁、1～4岁、5～14岁、15～44岁、45～64岁、≥65岁分别为649.82、92.87、22.80、77.35、451.90、3 153.86(P<0.01)。前5位死因,全部居民和男性均依次为恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、伤害、呼吸系统疾病,女性依次是心脏病、脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、伤害。结论]薛城区2010年居民死亡率较低,恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、伤害、呼吸系统疾病是主要死因。
