2009年吕梁市某幼儿园健康教育效果评价

目的]探索幼教机构的健康教育方法,评价项目的干预效果。方法]在吕梁市选择1所幼儿园对幼儿及家长进行健康教育综合干预,干预前后进行问卷调查。结果]干预前合计调查幼儿家长546人,干预后合计调查522人,干预前后幼儿家长相关健康知识总知晓率分别为46.15%、73.75%(P<0.01);幼儿意外伤害事故发生率分别为56.59%、40.42%(P<0.01),幼儿肥胖的发生率分别为13.79%、9.41%(P<0.01),龋齿的发生率分别为40.63%、35.06%(P>0.05)。结论]在幼儿园中开展健康教育与促进活动是有效的。
