| 摘 要： | 目的]对2009~2010年济南市379例艾滋病确证检测结果进行分析,为济南市艾滋病防治工作提供数据支持。方法]采用第四代酶联免疫反应(ELISA)及明胶颗粒凝集试验(PA)对2009~2010年济南市辖区内有关医疗单位送检的379例筛查阳性者进行复核检测,使用免疫印迹试验(WB)进行确证检测。结果]379例筛查阳性者中确证HIV-1抗体阳性234例,阳性率为61.74%;确证HIV抗体阴性82例,阴性率为21.64%;HIV抗体不确定63例,占16.61%。确证条带gp160和gp120的出现率为100%,p39和p55出现率较低,为40.60%和43.59%。结论]在艾滋病确证实验中复检试剂种类的选择以及样本的类型对确证阳性率影响较大,WB带型的阳性判定应根据判定标准,参考实际情况,谨慎判定。
