| 摘 要： | 目的]掌握手足口病流行特征,为制定调整手足口病防治措施提供依据。方法]对青岛市黄岛区2010年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。结果]2010年报告手足口病1277例,发病率为214.19/10万,其中重症病例32例,无死亡病例。手足口病发病率(/10万),男性为234.18,女性为193.28;<1岁为779.27,1岁为4517.87,2岁为4910.50,3岁为4645.92,4岁为3058.31,≥5岁为25.75;6个街道办事处分别为316.91、300.05、184.65、157.53、153.52、108.70。1277例病人中,5岁以下占88.72%,>5岁占11.28%;散居儿童占55.21%,托幼儿童占42.36%,学生占2.19%;5～7月发病的占72.83%。检测318例病例的咽拭子标本,79例EV71病毒核酸阳性,82例Cox16病毒核酸阳性。结论]2010年黄岛区手足口病发病率较高,并出现重症病例。
