| 摘 要： | 目的]了解长子县艾滋病流行特征,为制定相应预防控制策略提供依据。方法]对1996~2010年长子县艾滋病疫情资料进行分析。结果]1996年发现首例HIV感染者,至2010年累计报告85例,其中病人65例,感染者20例,累计死亡40例。85例感染者中,男性32例,女性53例;3~14岁5例,15~34岁32例,35~54岁44例,55~72岁4例;农民75例,无业人员8例,工人2例;经血液传播的52例,吸毒传播的2例,异性性接触传播的24例,同性传播的1例,母婴传播的5例,不详1例。本县82例感染者分布在11个乡镇,其中丹朱镇(18例),宋村乡(18例),石哲镇(8例),大堡头镇(8例)。结论]长子县艾滋病疫情呈低流行状态,以血液传播为主,性传播呈逐年增多的趋势,将成为今后艾滋病防治的工作重点。
