| 摘 要： | 目的]了解烟台市主要放蜂点蜂蜜质量。方法]对2007～2009年烟台市主要放蜂点散装蜂蜜质量检测资料进行分析。结果]2007年检测蜂蜜17份,羟甲基糠醛、淀粉酶活性、菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌、致病菌全部合格的12份,合格率为70.59%;2008年检测蜂蜜20份,羟甲基糠醛、还原糖、淀粉酶活性、菌落总数、大肠菌群均合格的15份,合格率为75.00%;2009年检测蜂蜜27份,羟甲基糠醛、淀粉酶活性、菌落总数、大肠菌群全部合格的16份,合格率为59.26%。结论]2007～2009年烟台市主要放蜂点散装蜂蜜质量较好。
