窒息新生儿外周血T细胞亚群的变化研究

目的：了解新生儿窒息时外周T细胞亚群的变化情况；方法：窒息新生儿按窒息程度、窒息时间（急性期和恢复期）的不同进行分组对照研究，了解不同状态下新生儿外周T细胞亚群的变化规律。结果：窒息新生儿CD3、CD4、CD8的变化与正常对照组相比具有明显差异（P〈0．05）；重度窒息及窒息急性期患儿CD3、CD4的紊乱更加明显（P〈0．05）。结论：新生儿窒息对新生儿免疫功能有明显影响。随窒息的恢复，外周T细胞亚群的紊乱逐渐恢复正常。

Observation on changes of T cell subsets in neonates with asphyxia

Objective: To explore the changes of T lymphocyte subpopulation in neonates with asphyxia. Methods: The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD8 in 36 neonates with asphyxia and 36 normal neonates were measured with indirect immunofluorescent test. The changes of T cell subsets in different stage in those neonates with asphyxia were observed. Results: The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood were lower in the patients than those in the health(P<0.05). The changes of CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the asphyxia neonates in acute stage were more significant than those in remission stage(P<0.05). The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the patients with serious condition were lower than those in the patients with mild condition (P<0.05). Conclusion: The function of cellular immunity in neonates with asphyxia is impaired significantly.
