摘    要:目的探讨乙肝患者外周血单个核细胞和血清中HBV-DNA含量及其与HBVM之间的关系。方法62例乙肝患者为检测对象,20例健康献血者为对照组,分别用FQ-PCR定量测定,内对照法定量测定血清HBV-DNA,免疫荧光定量测定HBVM。结果外周血单个核细胞HBV-DNA检出阳性率为72.6%(45/62),与血清的符合率为87.1%,但慢性乙肝患者外周血单个核细胞HBV-DNA检出率高于血清,且与病情呈正相关。结论三个指标的联合检测有助于反映肝细胞病毒复制情况,对进一步指导抗病毒治疗有一定意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the appearance of HBV-DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC),the quantity of serum in hepatitis B(HBV) patients and patterns of HBVM of HBV.Methods 62 patients with hepatitis B were selected as study objects and 20 blood samples from blood station were collected as control group.HBVloads of the patients were assayed by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(RTFQ-PCR) in PBMC.Constructed inner control to detecte quantitative PCR in serum,and HBV serologic markers of the patients were detected by fluoroimmunoassay instrument.Results Among 62 cases of HBV patients,the total positive rates of HBV-DNA in PBMC was 72.6%(45/62),and 87.1% results accorded with those in serum.But the total positive rates of HBV-DNA in PBMC was obviously higher than in serum in chronic hepatitis B,and relationship with gravedegree of the patient's condition.Conclusion The combination of multiple methods has supplementary effects,and reflected the virus replication indirectly,and also beneficial to the anti-virus therapy.
