身心健康教育对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响

目的：探讨实施身心健康教育对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法：将50例乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组实施常规治疗护理指导,观察组在此基础上对患者实施身心健康教育,分别在第1次住院后6个月,观察比较两组患者的生存质量状况。结果：身心健康教育干预后,观察组KPS总分、ECOG评分、生存质量总评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。提示观察组生存质量优于对照组。结论：实施身心健康教育可提高乳腺癌患者的生存质量,确保疾病的治疗效果,具有可行性。

Influence of physical and mental health education on living quality suffering from breast cancer

Objective： To explore the influence of physical and mental health education on living quality of patients suffering from breast cancer. Methods： 50 cases of patients suffering from breast cancer were divided into the observation group （25 cases） and the control group （25 cases）. The control group was conducted with routine instructions of treatment and nursing. While physical and mental health education was given to the patients of the observation group based on routine treatment and nursing. The living quality was observed in two groups respectively on admission and half a year after six months of treatment. Results： After physical and mental health education intervened in the observation group, the KPS, the ECOG and the total scores compared with the control group on statistically significant differences （P0.05）. The living quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Physical and mental health education can improve the living quality of patients suffering from breast cancer to treatment effect of disease and feasible as well.
