摘    要:目的:建立一种测定葡萄酒中砷的快速测定方法。方法:葡萄酒经硝化后,将As(Ⅴ)还原成有电活性的As(Ⅲ),在硫酸介质中,用金膜电极为工作电极进行微分电位溶出分析,依据溶出峰值(dt/dE)与被测离子浓度成正比的关系定量。结果:在2.0 mol/L H2SO4介质中砷可在镀金膜电极上得到灵敏的微分电位溶出峰(E=—0.19 V),检出限为0.1μg/25 ml,对葡萄酒中的砷进行测定,相对标准偏差:3.6~6.1,加标回收率:95.7%~106.1%。结论:方法灵敏、简便,能用于葡萄酒中微量砷的快速测定。

Determination of Arsenic in Favorite Wines by Differential Potentiometric Stripping Method with gold membrane electrode

Abstract:Objective:To set up a fast method for the determination of trace arsenic in favorite wines. Method: As(Ⅴ)in nitration sample was reduced to As(Ⅲ), then As(Ⅲ)was determined by differential potentiometric stripping method with gold membrane electrode in H2SO4 solution. Results: A sensitive stripping peaks (dr/dE) (E =-0.19 V )of arseric ions were obtained, the detection limit of arsenic was 0.1μg/25ml. The method has been applied to determine trace arsenic in favorite wines with satisfactory results, the RSD ( % ) was 3.6-6.1 and the recovery range was 95.7 %-106.1%. Conclusion: The proposed analytical method had the advantage of high sensitivity, simplicity, and can be used as a fast method to analyze trace arsenic in favorite wines.
