食蟹猴在慢性病动物模型药理研究应用中的进展

摘    要:随着社会人口老龄化的增长,老龄人慢性病发生率越来越高,而慢性病作为一种病情隐匿,病程长且病因复杂的疾病,给临床治疗带来的一定困扰,因此寻找一种与人类近似的实验动物病理模型进行临床前研究是战胜这种疾病的基础。食蟹猴做为非人灵长类动物,与人类在组织结构、生理和代谢机能上极为相似,其机体对生物病原体的反应也与人类相似,具有生命周期长,生物特性与人类极为相似的特点,是进行慢性病观察研究的理想模型,同时也是实验室药理研究中最为理想的实验动物之一。本文就近年来食蟹猴在慢性肝脏疾病、肺部疾病和心血管疾病中动物模型的实验研究应用作一综述,为食蟹猴在慢性病药理研究应用中提供参考。

Abstract:With the growth of the aging population, the incidence of chronic diseases among the elderly is getting higher and higher. However, chronic diseases, as a kind of insidious disease with a long course and complex etiology, bring certain troubles to clinical treatment. Therefore, finding an experimental animal pathological model similar to human to conduct preclinical research is the basis of overcoming this disease. As non-human primates, cynomolgus monkeys are very similar to human beings in structure, physiology and metabolism. The organism''s response to biological pathogens is similar to that of humans. With a long life cycle and biological characteristics very similar to human characteristics, it is an ideal model for the observation and study of chronic diseases, and also one of the most ideal experimental animals in the laboratory pharmacology research. In this paper, we review the experimental research and application of cynomolgus monkeys in animal models of chronic liver disease, lung disease and cardiovascular disease in recent years.
