摘    要:目的 探讨精囊恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤的临床表现和影像学诊断方法,提高对其认识和诊断水平。 方法 对1例经手术病理证实的精囊恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤患者进行临床分析并结合文献复习,从临床表现、超声、MRI方面对诊断方法进行总结。 结果 患者行经腹超声、盆腔MRI、经直肠超声检查并穿刺活检、术后病理报告符合精囊恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤。 结论 精囊恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤临床少见,易漏诊、误诊,常规直肠指检很有必要,经腹超声、经直肠超声检查、盆腔MRI检查有利于明确诊断,经直肠超声引导穿刺组织活检能够对精囊占位的良恶性做出较为准确分析,为临床手术治疗提供有力支持。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and imaging diagnosis of malignant solitary fibrous tumors of seminal vesicle for enhancing the level of awareness and diagnosis of this disease. Methods A case of malignant solitary fibrous tumors of seminal vesicle was analyzed clinically with literature review. The diagnostic methods were summarized from clinical manifestations, ultrasound and MRI imaging methods. Results The patients underwent trans-abdominal ultrasound, pelvic MRI, trans-rectal ultrasound and puncture biopsy. The pathological report was consistent with surgical pathologic results. Conclusions. Malignant solitary fibrous tumors of seminal vesicle is rare in clinic. It is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed. Routine rectal finger examination is necessary. Trans--abdominal ultrasound, trans-rectal ultrasound and pelvic MRI imaging are helpful for definite diagnosis. Trans-rectal ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy is useful in accurately analyzing the benign and malignant occupancy of seminal vesicle, which can provide strong support for clinical surgical treatment.
