92例阿替卡因口腔科用药致不良反应文献分析

目的 探讨阿替卡因在口腔科用药致不良反应的规律和特点，为临床用药提供参考。方法 通过检索1998-2019年CNKI中国学术期刊网络出版总库和数字化期刊全文数据库(万方山大镜像)中口腔科使用阿替卡因致不良反应的文献，并对检索到的92例病例资料进行汇总、分析。结果 阿替卡因在92例不良反应中，女性多于男性，3～10岁年龄段发生较多，用药后1～10 min和用药后1d药品不良反应发生率较高，一般累及机体多个系统，临床表现复杂多样，以注射部分溃疡形成和过敏反应最为多见。结论 口腔科医师在用药时应详细询问病史，重视阿替卡因的不良反应，坚持合理用药。

Literature analysis of 92 cases of adverse reactions induced by Articaine in stomatology medicine

Objective To investigate the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by articaine in stomatology, and to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods Literatures on adverse reactions induced by articaine in the department of stomatology were retrieved from CNKI China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database and Digital Journal Full Text Database (Wanfangshan Mirror) from 1998 to 2019, and 92 cases were summarized and analyzed.Results In 92 cases of adverse reactions, there were more women than men patients, and occured more frequently at the age group of 3~10 years old.The incidence of ADRs was higher 1~10 min and one day after injection.Generally, multiple systems of the body were involved, and the clinical manifestations were complex and diverse. Injection ulcer formation and allergic reaction were the most common.Conclusion Stomatologists should inquire about the medical history in detail, pay attention to the adverse reactions of articaine and insist on rational drug use.
