MMP-9和Kiss-1在喉鳞癌中表达及关系临床研究

目的:检测基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和Kiss-1在喉鳞癌中的表达,探讨二者在喉鳞癌发生发展及转移中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测172例喉鳞癌及64例正常喉粘膜组织中MMP-9和Kiss-1的表达,分析其在不同病理特征中的意义。结果:MMP-9和Kiss-1阳性主要表达于细胞浆和(或)细胞膜,喉鳞癌中MMP-9蛋白表达的阳性率明显高于正常粘膜组织,Kiss-1表达的阳性率明显低于正常粘膜组织。MMP-9和Kiss-1的表达与肿物大小、分化程度及淋巴结转移密切相关。喉鳞癌中MMP-9和Kiss-1的表达呈负相关。结论:MMP-9和Kiss-1在喉鳞癌的发生发展中具有重要作用,联合检测MMP-9和Kiss-1可能成为预测肿瘤预后的指标。

Expressions and Relationship on MMP-9 and Kiss-1 in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective:To determine matrix metalloproteinase -9(MMP-9),and Kiss-1 expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, investigate their significance on development and metastasis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:The study included 172 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma as experimental group and 64 cases of normal mucosa tissues as control group.We detected the expressions of MMP-9 and Kiss-1 in different clinical characters by using IHC.Results:The expressions of MMP-9 was obviously higher in the squmous cell carinoma than in control group.The expression of Kiss-1 was obviously lower in the squmous carcinoma.Comparisons of the control group,the expressions of MMP-9 and Kiss-1 were correlated with tumor volume,differentiation and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:The expressions of MMP-9 and Kiss-1 may promote the occurrence and development in laryngeal squmous carcinoma.The joint detection should be helpful to predict the prognosis in laryngeal squmous cell carcinoma.
