急性脑梗死血糖水平与临床疗效及预后的关系

目的:观察急性脑梗死患者血糖水平与临床疗效及预后之间的关系。方法:将260例急性脑梗死患者分为糖尿病组、应激性高血糖组和血糖正常组三组,在治疗前后对患者分别用临床神经功能缺损程度评分与临床疗效评定标准进行评定,并分析应激性高血糖组血糖水平与病变部位关系。结果:血糖正常组临床神经功能恢复与临床疗效明显好于糖尿病组和应激性高血糖组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),病变越靠近中线血糖水平越高。结论:急性脑梗死高血糖水平不利于患者神经功能恢复和预后。

The Relationship between the Glucose Level and Clinical Effect Together with Prognosis in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the relationship between the glucose level and clinical effect and prognosis in acute cerebral infarction. Methods:260 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into three groups,diabetes mellitus group,irritable hyperglycemia group and normal plasma glucose group,The Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit of stroke patients and Clinical efficacy were checked before and after treatment,and recorded nidus position with irritable hyperglycemia.Results:Comparing with the clinical effect before and after treatment, the normal plasma glucose group was obviously better than that of diabetes mellitus group and irritable hyperglycemia group,the increasing level of plasma glucose wes apparent in nidus position which focus near midline of brain as compared with those far away from midline of brain.Conclusions:Diabetes mellitus and irritable hyperglycemia were harmful to neurofuntion rehabilitation and prognosis in acute cerebral infarction.
