动态血糖监测系统评价双相门冬氨酸胰岛素联合阿卡波糖的疗效

目的:评价双相门冬氨酸胰岛素联合阿卡波糖的疗效。方法:32例应用诺和锐30且餐后血糖控制不理想患者,进行为期12 w的联用阿卡波糖的临床治疗观察,比较治疗前后的24小时动态血糖变化,血糖和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)下降程度,全面评估安全性、有效性。结果:治疗后患者24 h血糖均较治疗前有明显改善,空腹血糖全部达标,餐后2h血糖达标率89.4%,24 h动态血搪总体达标时间增加,平均血糖、餐后2小时血糖及HbA1c均有显著降低(P<0.01);24h血糖波动曲线空腹血糖无显著变化,餐后血糖曲线明显下移。结论:双相门冬氨酸胰岛素联合阿卡波糖能够较好控制餐后血糖血糖波动。

Evaluation of Effectiveness of BIAsp30 Combined with Acarbose by CGMS

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of BIAsp30 combined with Acarbose.Methods:32 cases were observed for effectiveness of BIAsp30 Combined with Acarbose for 12 weeks after bad control of postprandial blood glucose applied with BIAsp30 alone.Blood glucose profile within 24hrs,blood glucose and HbAlc before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the safety and effectiveness.Results:blood Glucose within 24 hrs was significantly decreased after treatment;fasting plasma glucose reached the normal level for all 32 patients;2h PG reached the normal level for 89.4%of patients;there was an increase of time for blood glucose profile within 24hrs up to the nomal level;there was a statistically significant decrease of average blood glucose,2h PG and HbA1c(P<0.01);on blood glucose fluctuation curve within 24hrs,there was no significant change of FPG but had a significant decrease of postprandial blood glucose.Conclusion: combined use of BIAsp30 and Acarbose could control postprandial blood glucose fluctuations effectively.
