| 摘 要： | 目的对奥美拉唑肠溶片和泮托拉唑钠肠溶片治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡进行药物经济学比较分析,为临床用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究法,收集82例幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者并分成两个治疗组,即奥美拉唑组和泮托拉唑钠组,采用统计学研究和成本-效果分析方法进行药物经济学比较。结果奥美拉唑肠溶片和泮托拉唑钠肠溶片对消化性溃疡的总有效率分别为90.00%和88.10%,幽门螺杆菌清除率分别为87.50%和88.10%,治疗成本分别为1 246.33元和1 233.33元,成本-效果比分别为13.85和14.00。结论两组在治疗效果上无明显差异,与奥美拉唑肠溶片相比,泮托拉唑钠肠溶片治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡略具成本-效果优势。
