院前急救胸部外伤62例分析

目的:探讨胸部外伤容易出现的急救问题,提高院前急救水平。方法:分析了62例胸部创伤患者所出现的急救问题,并针对急救问题采取相应的治疗措施。结果:62例病例中,经院前急救并平稳送至医院56例,抢救成功率90.3%。经随访痊愈出院52例,占救治人数的83.8%。结论:健全的急救机制以及合理有效的抢救方案是提高病人存活率的关键。

Analysis of Pre-hospital First-aid of 62 Cases with Chest Trauma

Objective:To investigate first-aid chest trauma prone to problems and improve the level of first aid.Methods:Analysis of 62 cases of chest trauma emergency treatment in patients with problems arising,and for emergency measures taken by the appropriate treatment.Results:2 cases of cases,by pre-hospital first aid and sent to the hospital 36 patients with stable,success rate 90.3%.Discharged by the follow-up of 52 cases,accounting for 83.8%of the number of treatment.Conclusion:Sound reasonable and effective emergency rescue mechanisms and programs to improve survival in patients.
