筛查幽门螺杆菌感染预防胃癌的研究

目的:筛查并干预治疗幽门螺杆菌感染者以预防和减少慢性胃炎、胃溃疡及胃癌的发生。方法:在健康体检人群中开展幽门螺杆菌尿素酶抗体测定,并对幽门螺杆菌感染者进行健康知识教育,及对接受者进行规范的幽门螺杆菌根除治疗。结果:在1087例健康体检者中检出幽门螺杆菌感染者329例,其中37例接受了健康知识教育,7例接受幽门螺杆菌根除治疗。结论:在健康体检人群中筛检幽门螺杆菌感染者,并积极采取干预治疗措施以预防和减少胃炎、胃溃疡、胃癌的发生是很有必要的。

An Analysis of Helicobacter Pylori Screening to Prevent Gastric Cancer

Objective:Treatment of Helicobacter pylori screening and intervention to prevent and reduce infection in chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric cancer.Methods:In healthy people to carry out Helicobacter pylori urease antibodies,and Helicobacter pylori infection for health education,and to regulate the recipient of Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy.Results:In 1087 cases of healthy H.pylori infection was detected in 329 cases,of which 37 patients received health education,7 patients received H.pylori eradication therapy.Conclusion:In healthy people in the screening of H.pylori infection,and to take active intervention measures to prevent and reduce the gastritis,gastric ulcer,gastric cancer is necessary.
