2007—2009年我院中药注射剂应用分析

目的分析中药注射剂在医院的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法利用医院数据库,统计2007年至2009年中药注射剂的使用数据,并统计分析用药金额、用药频度、日均用药费用等情况。结果中药注射剂的使用金额呈逐年上升趋势,集中分布于活血、补益、清热、抗肿瘤4类药。结论中药注射剂的应用日益广泛,尤其以活血类最明显;同时中药注射剂的不良反应也逐年上升,应引起临床工作者的高度重视。

Analysis of Use of Chinese Herbal Injections in Our Hospital during 2007-2009

Objective To analyze the clinical use of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital for reference of their rational use.Methods The Chinese herbal injections used during 2007—2009 were analyzed in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs and the average daily drug cost（DDC） by using hospital database.Results Both the consumption sum and quantity of Chinese herbal injections experienced an increasing trend,which were distributed in 4 categories of drugs for promoting blood flow,heat-clearing,tonic and antitumor.Conclusion The application of Chinese herbal injections is increasingly extensive,especially the Chinese herbal injections for promoting blood flow.At the same time,their adverse drug reactions have increased year by year over the 3 years,which should arouse more attention in clinic.
