| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨锁骨钩钢板在治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法:应用锁骨钩钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折23例,TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位15例。结果:按Karlsson肩关节功能评分标准,优34例,良4例,优良率100%。结论:锁骨钩钢板设计符合锁骨远端及肩锁关节的解剖和生物力学特点,固定牢固可靠,术后可早期进行功能锻炼,是治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位比较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the curative effects of clavicular book plate(CHP) in treatment of the fracture of distal clavicle and dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.Methods:23 cases with distal clavicle and 15 cases with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with CHP.Results: According to Karisson evaluation,34 cases were excellent and 4 cases were good,the excellent plus good rate of shoulder function was 100%. Conclusion:The design of CHP consistent with the biomechanics and anatomy of distal clavicle,Using clavicular hook plate are little wound,rigid fixation and early joint exercise,which is an effective method to cure distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation. |
