| 摘 要： | 目的观察含微生态制剂的四联疗法治疗初治失败的幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效和不良反应。方法将62例幽门螺杆菌根除失败的患者随机均分为两组,A组予雷贝拉唑+呋喃唑酮+阿莫西林+胶体果胶铋,B组予雷贝拉唑+呋喃唑酮+阿莫西林+微生态制剂,疗程均为7 d,治疗结束4周后复查14C-尿素呼气试验,判断是否根除幽门螺杆菌。结果 A组和B组幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为79.31%和83.33%(P>0.05);B组胃肠道不良反应少于A组(P<0.05)。结论含微生态制剂的四联疗法能有效根除初治失败的幽门螺杆菌感染,且能够显著降低治疗过程中的胃肠道不良反应。
