摘    要:目的:探讨改良手术方式在甲状腺腺瘤行次全切除术中的临床应用效果。方法:80例甲状腺良性腺瘤患者择期在颈丛阻滞下行甲状腺次全切除术,按手术方式随机分为改良手术组和常规手术组,每组40例。观察两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、喉返神经损伤、疤痕长度、住院天数及患者满意度等情况。结果:改良手术组手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数明显少于常规手术组,P<0.05;常规手术组喉返神经损伤致声带麻痹发生率显著高于改良手术组,P<0.05;改良手术组患者满意度显著高于常规手术组,P<0.05。结论:改良手术方式的甲状腺次全切除术的临床效果优于常规手术方式。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the clinical application of the improvement type thyroid gland inferior total excision.Methods:A total of 80 patients with benign adenoma who underwent the improvement type thyroid gland inferior total excision were randomly divided into modified operation group and traditional operation group,and each group had 40 patients.Operational time,intraoperative blood loss,recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,scar length,hospital day and degree of satisfaction of patients were observed.Results:Operational time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital day of modified operation group were obviously shorter than that of traditional operation group(P<0.05).Patients in modified operation group suffering from hoarsenes caused by recurrent laryngeal nerve injury were more than that in traditional operation group(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of patients in modified operation group showed significantly higher than that in traditional operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effects of the improvement type thyroid gland inferior total excision were better than that of traditional operation.
