摘    要:应用响应面法优化白囊耙齿菌中腺苷的超声法提取工艺.在单因素试验的基础上,采用3因素3水平的Box-Behnken中心组合设计和响应面分析法,考察超志声提取时间、超声功率和液料比对腺苷得率的影响,并优化腺苷超声法提取条件.白囊耙齿菌中腺苷的最佳超声提取条件为:提取时间378s、功率414 W、液料比37:l(v/w),理论提取率为0.88%,实际提取率为0.89%,相对误差为1.14%.
