| 摘 要： | 目的观察12种广东地产清热解毒药水提物同一剂量时的抗炎作用,为抗炎药物的临床开发与应用提供可靠的实验依据。方法用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高,对小鼠连续7 d通过灌胃给予药物(生药)16 g/kg。结果 12种药物中,山芝麻、水杨梅、青天葵、火炭母、岗梅根、三角草均能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀,并对小鼠毛细血管通透性增高具有显著的抑制作用;广东土牛膝、蛇鳞草、金盏银盘能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀;三丫苦、救必应、蛇泡对小鼠毛细血管通透性增高具有显著的抑制作用;12种药物对胸腺和脾脏没有显著的影响。结论山芝麻、水杨梅、青天葵、火炭母、岗梅根、三角草、广东土牛膝、蛇鳞草、金盏银盘对变质性炎症有抗炎作用,山芝麻、水杨梅、青天葵、火炭母、岗梅根、三角草、三丫苦、救必应、蛇泡对浆液性炎症有抗炎作用。这12种药物对特异性免疫功能没有显著增强作用。 |
