利鼻片质量标准研究

摘    要:目的用薄层色谱法鉴别利鼻片中的黄芩、白芷,用高效液相色谱法测定利鼻片的黄芩苷含量。方法定量测定采用Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温35℃,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(52∶48∶0.2),检测波长280 nm[1]。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在8.202 4~32.809 7μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为99.49%,RSD=0.69%(n=9)。结论定性定量方法简单、快速、准确、重现性好,专属性强。

Abstract:Objective To identify Radix Scutellariae and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae by TLC and to determine the content of baicalin in Libi Tablets.Methods The HPLC method was established with the Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and methanol-water-phosphoric acid(52 ∶48 ∶0.2) as the mobile phase.The column temperature was 35 ℃and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The good linear relationship was found for baicalin in the concentration range of 8.202 4-32.809 7 μg/mL(r=0.999 5).The average recovery rate was 99.49%,RSD=0.69%(n=9).Conclusion This method is simple,fast and accurate with good reproducibility and strong specificity.
